| Reservations |
| A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your reservation. We accept cash, cheque or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). |

| Cancellations |
| More than 30 days notice - a full refund; 8 to 30 days notice - refund if we are able to re-book; 7 days or less - no refund. |
|
| Check-In/Check-Out |
| All guests and visitors must check in at the office upon arrival. Check in time is 3:00PM; check-out time is 10:00AM. |
|
| Smoking |
| Smoking is NOT permitted in the cabins. If you smoke outside, please contain and dispose of your butts. |
|
| Pets |
| Pets are allowed at the discretion of Island Silver Sands owners. All pets are to be under control at all times. Pet owners must clean up after their pet. You will be asked to complete a "Pet Policy and Agreement Form". |

| Garbage/Recycle |
| Please deposit all garbage in the dumpster located at the front of the resort. Garbage should be tied in plastic bags. Recycle containers are located by the shed (adjacent to Cabin #2) - bins are for newspaper, cans, glass and plastic bottles/containers. |
|
| Campfire |
| Campfires at the beach pit are only permitted until 11:00PM as long as the smoke is not being blown into the resort. |
|
| Quiet Time |
| We hope you enjoy your stay at our resort. Quiet time is between 11:00PM and 8:00AM. No loud music/noise at any time. |
|
| Visitors |
| Visitors are expected to abide by the resort's policies. Only one vehicle is allowed at cabin or RV sites. Visitors must park at the front of the resort or in public parking areas on the road. |
|
| Personal Property |
| We cannot accept responsibility or liability for vehicles or property brought to the resort. Please secure all your personal property and valuables. |
|
| Septic/Water usage |
| We are on a septic system. Please do not put harsh cleaners or foreign objects down the drains or toilets. This could result in blockage and shut down of the system. |

| Refusal/Termination |
| The management of Island Silver Sands Resort reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation to anyone who they feel has not acted in an appropriate manner. In booking accommodation, all guests are agreeing to follow the resort policies as set out above. |
